Profile Settings - Personal, Security & Emergency Details
Available on all plans. All authenticated users can edit their own profile. The Work Details tab is only visible to Guards and higher.
Why This Page Matters
Profile Settings stores the identity, contact, and operational details your team relies on during day-to-day work and emergencies. When a guard or client triggers a panic alert, responders need the correct phone number, address, and emergency contact immediately.
The page currently has six tabs:
- My Details
- Authentication
- Password
- Emergency Contacts
- Work Details (Guards+ only)
There is no Medical tab in the current product.
