Live Feed

The Live Feed provides admins and control room operators with a real-time stream of all system activity. Every event that takes place, whether it is a panic alert, an incident report, or a guard status change, surfaces here instantly. Opening Live Feed from the sidebar reveals a continuous flow of emergencies, active alerts, and guard actions as they unfold. Operators can verify alerts, access emergency details, or pinpoint incident locations on the map within seconds. Keeping this view open guarantees complete visibility into all critical activity across your organization.

Profile Settings

The Profile Settings page contains all personal, medical, and contact information that connects a user to their role within the MyProtektor platform. Far more than a simple admin form, it serves as the foundation for emergency response operations. Whenever a client or guard activates the panic button, the data entered here is automatically surfaced in the Emergency Alert Details panel. This enables control room personnel to access vital information—including blood type, allergies, medical conditions, and GPS coordinates—within seconds. Private clients fill out their personal, address, and medical information directly through the MyProtektor mobile app, whereas admins and supervisors can review these records via the dashboard. Maintaining accurate and current information ensures that responders can identify users promptly, reach emergency contacts, and take swift action when every second counts.

Patrol Points

The Patrol Points module enables admins to track guard patrols in real time through QR code checkpoints. Each point corresponds to a physical location where guards are required to scan and confirm their presence. This updated interface delivers a live overview of all patrol activity, highlighting active points, recent check-ins, and system health at a glance. It ensures that every guard completes their assigned routes on schedule and that no area is left unchecked.

Incident Map

The Incident Map provides admins with a live, real-time overview of all active and resolved incidents throughout your coverage area. Color-coded pins represent cases by severity, while guard icons indicate who is on the ground and their current position. From this screen, you can apply time filters, inspect incident details, and dispatch the nearest available guard — all without navigating away from the map. It acts as the operational command center for rapid decision-making and quicker responses.

Guard Map

The Guard Map provides administrators with a real-time overview of guard positions, duty statuses, and patrol movements. It enables control rooms to see at a glance who is currently active, where each guard is stationed, and how long they have been on shift, all consolidated into a single interactive map. Admins can use this screen to oversee on-duty personnel, follow patrol routes, and react more quickly to emergencies or panic alerts. It serves as the operational command view that transforms field-level activity into clear, actionable situational awareness.

Guard Management

The Guard Management section provides admins with a single, centralized interface for maintaining guard profiles, skill sets, certifications, and operational records. It enables you to keep the right personnel assigned, properly qualified, and in compliance with PSIRA regulations and site-specific policies.

Analytics Tab

The Analytics tab provides admins with a comprehensive view of security operations performance over time. Each graph, metric, and chart on this page refreshes automatically using live data from incidents, guards, and client activity. It enables you to identify trends, monitor response times, and evaluate team effectiveness without manually reviewing individual reports. Rely on it to find answers to questions such as: How many incidents were recorded this week? Are guard response times improving or declining? Which locations generate the most critical alerts? How effectively are we meeting client expectations?

Security Operations Board

The Security Operations Board enables admins to monitor and manage every incident throughout its lifecycle. Each card represents an active report and transitions automatically between columns as its status is updated.

Dashboard Tab

Your Dashboard tab serves as the central hub for monitoring security operations. It provides a real-time snapshot of incidents, alerts, guard availability, and overall system health. Any report filed by a guard shows up here immediately.

Reporting a New Incident

Follow this guide to learn how guards and admins can submit a new incident report through the dashboard. Each submission captures essential details—who was involved, what occurred, where it happened, and when—so your control room can act swiftly and maintain precise records. Incidents may include anything from a faulty gate to a panic alert. Clicking Report New Incident launches a form that prompts you for the event title and description, a severity rating (Low, Medium, High, or Critical), and the GPS coordinates along with any relevant photos. Each report receives an automatic timestamp, is associated with your user profile, and becomes immediately accessible to admins via the Security Operations Board and Map view.
